Connect

1. In Workiz: Settings, then Integrations, then API. Copy your token (API access is plan-gated by Workiz).
2. Paste it in Holler’s Workiz card. Validated live, stored encrypted, never shown again.

Matching your techs

Workiz doesn’t share tech phone numbers, so you make the match: the Technicians tab lists your Workiz crew, and you link each tech to their Holler signup from a dropdown. When a tech’s Workiz email matches a signup, Holler suggests it (“looks like Mike?”), but never links anyone without you.

What syncs

• Active field techs, jobs two weeks back through a week ahead, assignments, tags, and totals.
• Each job’s own timezone: pre-job texts and quiet hours follow the job, which matters for multi-market companies.
• Earned money comes from status changes (a job moving to Done with membership keywords) since Workiz has no invoice feed.
