ServiceTitan
Connect
- Install Holler from the ServiceTitan Marketplace (an ST admin approves it on your tenant).
- In Holler, enter your Tenant ID (in ServiceTitan under Settings, then Integrations, then API Application Access). No keys to paste; the marketplace app carries the credentials.
What syncs
- Technicians, matched automatically by phone number.
- Appointments with arrival windows: a two-day job texts per visit, the way a tech actually works it.
- Job details, including ServiceTitan’s structured recall linkage: recall jobs are suppressed from bonuses without guesswork.
Notes
- Arrival windows show on the Jobs tab and in pre-job texts when present.
- For ShareWillow-connected companies, plan money flows from ShareWillow; the schedule comes straight from ServiceTitan.
