Tech preferences

During signup each tech picks which texts they want (brief, pre-job, money earned, nudges) and their brief time. Holler honors those choices over everything except compliance replies.

Company controls

Owners set the defaults in the dashboard: brief time, pre-job lead minutes, weekend briefs, and each automation’s on/off switch and template.

Quiet hours

From 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM by default (adjustable), nothing automated sends. Money earned at night waits for morning. Quiet hours follow the job’s timezone when your platform provides one.
