The Straight Count

The Straight Count is Holler’s trust system. Four promises, kept structurally:

• Every dollar traces to a job. No vague totals; reply MATH and see the receipts.
• Holler reports money, it never moves money. Payroll works exactly as it does today.
• STOP works instantly. A tech is always one word from silence.
• One set of numbers. The owner’s dashboard, the tech’s texts, and the payout all read from the same ledger.

This is also why bonuses can only move forward: once a line is earned it can’t silently un-earn, and a re-sync can never resurrect or duplicate money.
