Connect

1. Hit Connect on the FieldPulse card. Holler generates an email template for you.
2. Send it to support@fieldpulse.com from your FieldPulse admin email: it asks for your API token and webhook setup in one go.
3. Paste the token when support sends it. The card tracks the waiting state for you.

Custom statuses

FieldPulse job statuses are custom per account, so after connecting you tell Holler what each one means: scheduled work, finished work, canceled, or ignore. That mapping is what keeps canceled work from texting and finished work counting.

What syncs

• Your team, jobs, and invoices; invoice-paid drives earned money.
• With webhooks configured, reschedules update Holler within a minute, keeping pre-job timing honest.
• Holler tracks its API usage against FieldPulse’s monthly quota and shows it on the card.
