Straight Split: crew jobs

Two techs on one job is normal. Two texts each promising the same $75 is a fight waiting for payday. Straight Split keeps shared money honest:

• Each tech’s texts show their share when the money splits, or the full amount marked as up for grabs when one closer takes it.
• Personal totals (the brief’s number, MATH, week-so-far) only count money committed to that tech.
• The pre-job text names the crew: “You and Pete are on this one.”
• When money lands on a multi-tech job and the winner isn’t clear, the owner gets a one-tap review instead of Holler guessing.
