Twenty minutes before each scheduled job (you pick the lead time), the assigned tech gets the essentials: who, where, what, and what it pays extra.

How it behaves

• Timed from the job’s scheduled start. Where your platform carries a per-job timezone (Workiz) or an arrival window (ServiceTitan), Holler respects it.
• Canceled jobs never text. Callback jobs get “straight work, no bonus riding on this one.”
• On multi-visit jobs, each visit gets its own heads-up; the money never double-counts.
• Quiet hours hold pre-job texts for early or late jobs.
