Connect
- In Housecall Pro, generate an API key (API access requires their MAX or XL plan).
- In Holler, open Integrations, pick Housecall Pro, and paste the key. It’s validated live, stored encrypted, and never shown again.
What syncs
- Employees, with automatic tech matching by mobile number.
- Jobs a day back through a week ahead: times, customers, addresses, tags, assignments.
- Invoices, which drive membership-earned detection.
Notes
- Callback detection uses your tags (callback, recall, warranty, rework, redo).
- Membership detection recognizes dozens of plan-name variations on invoice lines.
