The money

Bonus rules

Rules are how Holler knows what a job pays extra. Set them once in the Bonuses tab; every synced job that matches gets its money surfaced automatically.

Core rules

  • Membership sold: a flat amount (say $75) when a tech sells a membership or service plan.
  • 5-star review: a flat amount for a named review.
  • Completed revenue: a percentage of what the tech completes. Percentages stay percentages in texts.
  • Weekly goal: the number that drives nudges and the weekly rhythm.

Custom rules

Add your own: a name, the keywords that match it on a job’s type, notes, or tags, and what it pays. “Water heater close, $50” takes ten seconds.

Where rules come from

If your company runs on ShareWillow, rules can flow from your published plan and carry a ShareWillow tag; edit the plan there and Holler follows. Otherwise rules are yours to edit in Holler directly.

Ground rules

  • Callback and recall jobs get zero opportunities, always.
  • A rule fires once per job, even across multiple visits or appointments.
  • Money is exact or silent: Holler never estimates a dollar figure.
